Italian MONARI FEDERZONI aged vinegar is produced in Modena and only uses grapes from Lambrusco, Sangiovese, Trebbiano, Albana, Ancellotta, Fortana and Montu Selected varieties of Montuni. Fermented, cooked grapes, and added wine vinegar.
